Survey Deadline & Pre-order store
almost 5 years ago – Mon, Jun 17, 2019 at 01:22:39 PM

Hi All,

About 70% of you have answered your survey, so far raising an additional $1,500 through Backerkit!

The last day to make final updates to your order is July 1st. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards (for those of you that did not pay through PayPal) for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping in August.

For those of you that ordered the Digital Posters, those downloads will be released once the orders have been locked and your payment has been processed.

If you haven’t answered your survey yet, if you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the July 1st order due date, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.

I know that some of you had your survey e-mails go to your spam folders. If you haven't received your survey e-mail, or need to review your information or pledge status, you can request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://crosssymphonic.backerkit.com.

Pre-order Store

The Pre-order store is now open at: https://crosssymphonic.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders

If you know anyone that missed out on the original campaign this is the perfect opportunity to be apart of the project.

THANK YOU!

Thank you all again for being so responsive to answering our BackerKit survey—even though it may not seem like much as an individual backer, you have no idea how tremendously helpful this has been for me when trying to keep track of all 453 of you!

Thanks everyone for your support!

Thank you and the next step

Hi All,

We did it! In the last few hours of the campaign we were able to break $25k which unlocks woodwinds for Cross Symphonic!  I truly can't thank you all enough for making this project a reality.  Despite a rocky start you all rallied behind this project and helped push it over the finish line today.  I cannot wait to bring this project to life and to share this album with you.

So what's next?

First

Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to move forward (this can take up to two weeks).  I've already scheduled tentative recording dates with a conductor, engineer, studio and orchestra contractor.  Once we have all of the finances sorted out I will go a head and book the orchestra and studio for recording.  I'll post regular updates and developments as I have them so that you can all follow along with the projects progress.

Second

I need to collect final numbers for poster, CD, and Vinyl manufacturing and where I need to ship them. I’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information.

I’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since I need this information to process and produce your rewards.

If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.) Everything we raise from Backerkit is put into the project budget and counts towards the next stretch goal.

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact me.

Again, thank you all so much!  This project has been over a year in the making and I'm incredibly excited to finally begin production.

Best,

John Paul Hayward
